Introduction

This document describes how to install and get started with Feedback Module. The Feedback Module allows you to conduct surveys to collect feedback from customers and show it to other customers.

Features of the Feedback Module:

• Shows the feedback on front end, customer can add their own feedback.
• Allows admin to show or hide feedback at admin pannel.
• Fully integrated with CRELoaded 6.2, easy installation, with details in the installation readme file.

Installation

What other software must be installed first?

Before you can install this product, you must obtain access to a web server with the following:

• PHP 4.x with :
• GD Library
• mCrypt
• Register Globals set to On via httpd.conf, php.ini or .htaccess
• The Apache Webserver
• MySQL database
• The Linux / Unix Operating System
• CRE Loaded 6.2

How do I install CRE Loaded : Feedback Module?

Please follow these steps:

1. Upload the files to your catalog directory on the webserver.


2. Open admin/includes/languages/english.php file, before

3. Open admin/includes/database_tables.php file, before

4. Open admin/includes/filenames.php file, before

5. Open includes/languages/english.php file, before

6. Open includes/filenames.php file, before
   ?>

7. Open includes/database_tables.php file, before

8. Run SQL statement in phpMyAdmin:
   CREATE TABLE `feedback` ( `feedback_id` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY , `orders_id` INT( 11 ) NOT NULL , `feedback_text` VARCHAR( 1024 ) NOT NULL , `feedback_rating` INT( 1 ) NOT NULL, `feedback_status` INT( 1 ) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' , `date_added` DATETIME NOT NULL , `last_modified` DATETIME NULL ) ENGINE = MYISAM

How can I uninstall CRE Loaded : Feedback Module?

    1. Run SQL statement in phpMyAdmin:
    DROP TABLE `feedback`;

    2. Delete all files that you added

    3. Change all modified files back.
