Some changes:
- Removed undefined javascript function code when submit (onClick="submitFunction()")
- Removed all hard coded english texts to language files and made fully multilingual
- Added Turkish lang. file

create following files in admin folder and give wrtie permission:
epishire_bulkmailprocessing.txt
epismaildata.php
