In time or Free

If CommerceXP will not be able to completely provide service (install module during agreed time frame) - you will get refund and installation service provided FREE of charge.

Standard business days only

Service is provided during standard US business days only – Monday through Friday.

Service Time start

Service Time starts only after you purchase module AND provide access details (FTP, Admin and other necessary) AND all software technical requirements are met.
If you provided complete access details along with order - you can see when service time started based on order email which is sent right after your make order.

If you provided complete access details via support email - service time can be checked at your end by your email with complete details.

Unmodified sites only

Installation service is guaranteed for unmodified sites only. If you have modified store and we can't install it in-time - service will be provided at minimal rate, without time limitations OR refunded.

Respond Promptly

You are agree to respond promptly in case of questions to ensure timely service.

Service Refunds Policy

CommerceXP does not provide refunds after service is completely provided.

Discount Usage for Services

CommerceXP doesn't allows discount tools to be used for services. Discount Tools includes discount coupons, customer loyalty points.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall CommerceXP be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. In no event will CommerceXP be liable for any damages in excess of the amount CommerceXP received from you for a license to the Product or Service, even if CommerceXP shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.

The software and service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, CommerceXP does not warrant that the software or any related service will always be available.

Right to Revise

CommerceXP maintains the right to revise anything found on this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. CommerceXP also reserves the right to revise, remove, or add anything on any part of CommerceXP sites at any time without notice.
